We are proud to announce that Mainspring was the winner of the “Fund Administrator of the Year” award at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2021 that recognises the best in European Private Equity on 10th September at Grosvenor House.
There were nine fund administrators on the shortlist and the feedback from the judges was that Mainspring had been chosen as it is a specialist fund administrator for Venture Capital and Private Equity clients and its demonstrable continuous focus on innovation in technology and fund structuring for the benefit of these clients.
