Fund managers increasingly need to operate funds in multiple jurisdictions, driven by investor demand, commercial considerations and regulation.
Mainspring can support managers looking to establish funds in all the primary jurisdictions through servicing them directly from London or in partnership with locally licensed providers. This results in the use of a standard reporting platform for managers across all their funds in these jurisdictions, with a single point of contact and a dedicated accounting and administration team.
