We are delighted to report that Mainspring has been appointed as fund administrator for Redrice Venture’s new limited partnership VC fund.
Redrice Ventures, the seed-stage venture fund which invests in digital-born brands and related technology companies, started its investing journey with a managed account fund structure supported by Mainspring, which is flexible and low cost and simple to set up and operate. With investing and investor momentum we are delighted that Redrice has now successfully closed its first institutional LP fund and chosen Mainspring as its fund administrator.
Mainspring will continue to support Redrice by providing its sophisticated reporting services capabilities giving Redrice and its investors and their advisers unparalleled instant access to fund data via the manager and investor portals.
Redrice will continue to leverage both fund structures with the ‘main’ LP fund supported by the flexibility of the managed account structure that enables ongoing investor participation and providing a co-investment flexibility to support investee companies.
