Mainspring, the London based fund administrator for venture and private equity funds, is very pleased to announce a key milestone in the business with the appointment of Bridget Barker, a leading City lawyer, as Non-Executive Chair of the Board.
Bridget was formerly Head of the Investment Management Group at Macfarlanes and has extensive experience in private equity, real estate, mezzanine, infrastructure and renewable energy funds, in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions. She has acted for both fund managers and a variety of investors, from both the UK and overseas.
